The three odds above (2.25 / 5/4 / +125) are all the same — team A's chance of winning is identical, only the way it is written differs. If you lose, your entire ৳1,000 stake is gone.
What do odds look like for the favourite?
If team B is the favourite, decimal odds might be 1.25 (fractional 1/4, American -400). American minus odds show how much you need to stake to win ৳100. On a ৳1,000 bet, if team B wins you get back ৳1,250 (৳250 profit). If team A wins, you lose ৳1,000.

Live Betting — Odds shift when a wicket falls
